Hello and welcome to another instalment of our journey through Europe! 👋
Incase you are new to the channel. We are Lou & Sylw and in this video we take a quick 1 week tour around the coast of the beautiful Montenegro.
We originally planned to stay in Montenegro for at least 2 weeks but it turns out the UK and Montenegro no longer recognise the old Green Card insurance. So we had to purchase additional insurance through a broker and it wasn't cheap at £255 for 15 days in Montenegro and Albania! 🤑
In this video, we make quick stops at the historical cities of Kotor and Perast before driving south to the hugely under appreciated lake of Skadar/Shkodra! 🏛🐟
In the last sequence of the film we will also introduce you too our new puppy Pepper. We found her all alone by the lake and obviously we couldn't leave her to fend for herself. She led us to believe she was the sweetest little dog in the world, how wrong were we? 😅👹
Obviously, we already have 3 dogs and adding a 4th was a daunting task. So we contacted the charities in the area but unfortunately they were all full. So we have decided to take her on the journey with us!
One of the charities (Stray Aid Montenegro) that we contacted did also reach out and help us to get her to the vet to be vaccinated and help translate with the vet to complete her paperwork. If you would be kind enough to help that charity by either donating a small sum or even better adopting one of there dogs (Only 380 Euro). They are doing an excellent job by feeding the street dogs and they also help rehabilitate and rehome those dogs. They genuinely are brilliant and kind people and they deserve our support! ❤️
