Monsters, Inc. DVD Menu Walkthrough (Disc 1)
J Waughtal & AngelWork has had their share of producing DVD Menus, but J Waughtal's had Free Bandicam & AngelWork skipped multiple menus. I thought I'd play every menu and the entirety of the menu. There are 3 types of menus in a DVD.
Menu Type 1 - These are Menus that move and mostly play Music or Sounds. You may see some animations, but there's only one type 1 menu here.
Menu Type 2 - These menus don't move, but will play sounds/music.
Menu Type 3 - These menus are completely static, you can tell on PowerDVD because it will show 0:00 forever until you do something.
All Menus have a Play option, it plays the movie.
Scene Selection will let you choose a chapter in the movie.
Set-Up is where you can set Audio Options & Captions/Subtitles.
Sneak Peeks/Previews will preview a movie.
Bonus Features is where you can access things for this DVD.
This Disc's menus aren't really that special. Disc 2 is extremely fun to use.
So, we have 32 chapters, commentary (The people working on the movie talk about how they made the stuff in the movie), 5.1 Surround Sound Effects Mix, 5 Sneak Peeks, Aspect Ratio [Choose whether you want the movie Fullscreen or Widescreen], English Captions, & for many Disney DVDs we have this THX Optimizer, you can adjust the screen of your TV and test it out with a clip, and listen to audio to make sure your sound is correct, it was however replaced by a Disney Maximizer in 2008, I think.
