I've never edited Galadriel really; partially because I felt I could never do her incredible character justice. She was who I admired most growing up, and is still such a powerful, wise figure I look up to in my adulthood. I worry greatly about what the new amazon series will do to this woman of grace and strength. She doesn't need a sword or armor to show her power, she just is that and more. And likewise, her story with Celeborn, and also their daughter is one of so much tragedy and love. It just makes me sad we wont see that unfold. So many people don't even know Galadriel is Arwen's grandmother! And I'm still bitter we never saw the deleted scene of them together from the old films.
Nonetheless, i'm happy we will have more screentime showing this amazing character; and I hope they do her just a piece of justice if any. And I hope you all enjoy this edit! Cate Blanchett was truly Galadriel in the flesh.
