If you have a virtual machine running in VMware Workstation that you want to convert to run\import in Oracle VirtualBox then it's an easy process to convert a VMDK virtual disk file to a VDI file using a free tool called QEMU disk image utility.
Here is the sample command from the video.
qemu-img.exe convert -p "D:\VMware VMs\Windows 11 Pro 2\Windows 11 Pro 2.vmdk" -O vdi "D:\VMware VMs\Windows 11 Pro 2\Windows 11 Pro 2.vdi"
