Ingredients for the recipe:
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 1 cup (160 g)
Drinking water - 1 cup
Sunflower oil - 1/2 cup
Flour - 2 cups (230 g)
Vanillin - 5 g (1 tsp)
Baking powder - 10 g (1 tbsp)
For the filling:
7-10 plums
Icing sugar
For measuring, I used a 200 ml cup
Bake at 170-175 °C / 338 °F - 347 °F (top and bottom heat) for 45-55 minutes.
