1/2 an apple
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Recipe 2: Mango coconut chia pudding
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp chia seed
honey
(This recipe is for two servings. If you want to make it just for one person then I recommend halving the amount of ingredients.)
Recipe 3: Chocolate banana oats smoothie
1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk
2 bananas
2/3 cup or 180 gram of Greek yogurt ( in this recipe I have used two packets (90 gram each) of natural epigamia Greek yogurt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
This recipe is for two servings. If you want to make it for one person follow the following measurements:
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1 banana
1/3 cup or 90 gram of Greek yogurt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Recipe 4: chocolate banana overnight oats
1 cup oats
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Recipe 4: French toast with caramelised banana
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
For the caramelised banana:
1 banana
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
