If you have an Excel sheet where some of the data are not fitting in the same page like this one. If you see this is the page margin and some of the data are outside the page. So if you want to fit them all together in a single page then the most easiest way is go to File - Print - Page setup and go to this option Fit to 1 by 1 and then okay. Now if you do all of the data will fit in the same page. If you see there is only page one of one and if I go here and if I go to this Page Break Preview. In this case all of the data they are fitting in the same page. So this is the most easiest way. Now again you see the data they are outside the margin. So the second way will be go to this view tab. Go to this option Page break preview and if you see the margin is here. You can see the dotted lines here and here. So what you do drag the dotted lines to the end of the page and you can see now all the data they are included in the same page now. One thing I want to remind you is this is only possible if like one or two columns are outside the margin but suppose if half of the data is outside the margin and if you try to include all of the data in the same page then what happens is the data will be included but the font size will be very small. For example let me copy this one. Let me paste on this side here. Now in this case you can see there are many columns that are outside the page. So if you want to include all of them in the single page then what you can do is you can again go to this File - Print. In this case I have two pages. I will go to Page setup. Then I will go to this option Fit to 1 by 1. Okay. Now in this case also all of the data can be fit in the same page but you can see the font size will be small. So if you are okay with the font size then you can include all of the data in the same page.
