Regarding the Border Object creation: This segment of code surrounded by the white box is actually not needed - I didn't catch this while filming. See that I create another border object in the loop that follows it? The border object in the loop is what ends up being applied to the worksheet, not the one surrounded by the white box. But this does show how you can create a traditional Border object vs. one based upon some True or False criteria.
