It's Blacktail from developer, The Parasight and published by Focus Entertainment as a part of their indie collection! In this gameplay footage from Blacktail we take on PeeWee one of the first bosses and it has to be said this game truly has something about it in the way it tells the story!
We do recommend locking your FPS to 40 for this as it doesn't manage a stable 60 unfortunately (Check out our other video for how to do this!)
