This is Part 23 of Make a Game Like Pokemon in Unity Series. In this video, we'll implement move accuracy which determines if a move will hit or fail, we'll also implement moves that can raise or lower Accuracy/Evasion of the Pokmemon and, we'll also implement secondary effect of move (like 10% chance to cause burn, paralyze etc.)
