Abstract: Dementias platform UK (DPUK) currently hosts over 40 dementia cohorts and provides a remote analysis environment for multimodal and cross-cohort data analysis. Nineteen of the cohorts include MRI data, and the reliability of the outcome measures in cross-cohort image analysis relies on automated quality control (QC). In this work, we aim to provide a framework for quality prediction of T1 weighted (T1w) scans: first we compared manual quality ratings with the output of two automated QC pipelines and second, we created QC prediction classifiers which will be released on the DPUK data portal for future datasets.
