Keiichi Hara Talks "Lonely Castle in the Mirror": Interview Snippet for Animation World Network
It was National Anime Day on Monday and, though I’m a bit late per usual, I wanted to share an interview I had with #LonelyCastleInTheMirror’s director Keiichi Hara that speaks to the social impact of anime stories and how they can save lives. Lonely Castle in the Mirror paints an ugly but accurate picture of the bullying pandemic on the rise in Japanese schools. Director Hara-san hopes his film can change things.
