I know it's tough some days just to get through life yet alone have time to dedicate to your business. I have found using the "Awesome Note" app for my iPhone keeps me focused. Not only does it help me carry out my goals, but it lets me know when enough is enough too!

Time Management can be tricky, especially for Mompreneurs. The level of responsibility we have is a touch high! I mean, we have a business to run, kids to tend to, household chores, and often a darling husband as well!
I made this video to share with you how I manage to manage my crazy life with teenage boys and a husband all from my cell phone.
It takes a special level of focus to keep us where we need to be in our business. The first task is learning how long it really takes to handle that 15 minute coaching call, end the call, make notes, and be ready to move on to the next task. Ali Brown suggests you leave half of your time unscheduled and just live in those moments. That way, you wont find yourself running behind when you need to take care of returning a phone call that came up, or running something up to the school because the kids forgot they needed it!
Staying focused is critical. Setting up your Push Goal will take some time, but once you figure out what it is, you will easily be able to mark every single 5 to 10 minute task in your app and start ticking off 3 to 6 a day!
Requiring yourself to do 3 a day will have you 45 minutes closer to your goal every day! I bet you'll find it so exciting to be finishing tasks, that you'll do 6 most days!
