Hollywood Beach Florida to Hallandale Beach - Driving on A1A (Ocean Drive + Hollywood Boardwalk)
In this video, I drive from North Hollywood Beach, Florida down A1A Ocean Drive to Hallandale Beach. It is a beautiful sunset drive that passes by all the hotels, resorts, and restaurants that dot the street and skyline of Hollywood Beach. Hollywood Beach is a very family-friendly beach. It does not attract the spring breaker types that you see in South Beach Miami or Fort Lauderdale. It is also popular with snowbirds from up north.
The best thing about Hollywood Beach is that it has a boardwalk (Broadwalk) right on the beach with restaurants and hotels. There is no car traffic between the beach and hotel, so it makes it safer for families with young children. There are several parks for kids, bike rentals, and racquetball courts. And plenty of places to get cold treats! (Ice cream cones and more!)
