Overcoming mom guilt and anxiety is not something we probably want to think about a lot, but chances are we have all felt the power of "Mom guilt". If you are a mom and have not felt it, I would like to know your secret. Most likely though, you have felt the clenching power of mom guilt in some way or another. If you do a Google search on ‘how to deal with mom guilt‘, you are going to get a flood of answers, help articles, and promising solutions.
Today while we live our lives as a family of 6 we will chat about overcoming mom guilt from a faith-based perspective. As we chat we'll be working in our gardens, and homestead, taking care of our animals, cooking in the kitchen, and just enjoying our family time. These 'day in the life' videos are shot over the course of about 3 days.
