RV Park Acquisition Model Tutorial
This video walks you through the A.CRE RV Park Acquisition Model. This model is meant for analyzing the acquisition of an RV Park.
The RV Park Acquisition Model is comprehensive, yet simple and intuitive to use. It comes with four worksheet: a Summary tab, an Annual Cash Flow tab, Monthly Cash Flow tab, and a Waterfall module. All your project level assumptions will be put in the Summary tab and all your partnership level assumptions will be put in the Waterfall tab.
