4) Radial chart
5) Ok
6) Resize and reposition
7) Remove title and legend

Width: 10.4 cm
Formatting Radial Chart
1) Right-Click ~ Format Chart Area
2) Remove border and fill
3) Select outer ring
4) Series options
5) Hole size = 25%
6) Select "Remaining %" and change to "No Fill"
7) Change "Earning %" to shades of green.
Labeling Radial Chart
1) Insert ~ Text Box
2) Right-Click ~ Format Shape
3) Remove fill and lines
4) Copy and paste "Channels" into Text Box
5) Font Size = 9.5
6) Bold
