Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco details the "horrific" murder of an Uber Eats driver last week on Holiday. Nocco said a suspect, identified as Oscar Solis, 30, is in custody for the crime. Nocco described the suspect and the crime as "demonic" and urged anyone with information to come forward.
