►Tartare
Salmon sushi grade 0.6 pound
Red onion 5-6 Tbsp
Whole grain mustard 2 Tbsp
Salt (to taste)
Paper (to taste)
Soy sauce 2-3 Tbsp
Olive oil 2 Tbsp
Lemon zest 1/3
Flying fish roe (optional)
Cucumber (optional)
Dill
►Mousse
Avocado 1
Philadelphia cheese 2-3 Tbsp
Garlic 1clove
Lemon juice 1/3
Method:
Salmon - cube it to desired size. Add soy sauce, pepper, salt, lemon zest, whole grain mustard and chopped red onion. (all ingredients to taste)
Mousse - Put cream cheese, avocado garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix with hand blender.
Time to serve!
