The Board of County Commissioners recently passed Resolution 2024-001, reinforcing our organizational commitment to outstanding customer service. That resolution resulted in the establishment of the Customer Service Task Force. This group of your colleagues was chosen because of their top-notch customer service skills. They worked collaboratively to identify key goals and actions to help our staff across the county achieve excellent customer service and foster a stronger service culture.
The task force defined customer service as providing solutions and information to our customers through positive and respectful interactions. Further, the task force determined that we must take full responsibility for serving our customers from the first contact to the complete resolution of their matter, whatever it may be.
