Allah (SWT)'s promise that He uses most frequently to protect men from the forbidden is Houris.
While men will be married to Houris, what will be the reward for women in Jannah?

Question: Salaam Alaikum. How are you? A friend of mine asks. Can you please explicate the 33. Ayah of the surah An - Naba? What is the gist?
The answer: Alaikum salaam.
Indeed, for the righteous is attainment - Gardens and grapevines - And full-breasted [companions] of equal age - And a full cup. [An-Naba 31-34]
These Ayahs, in addition to mentioning the reward of Houris just like the other promised blessings such as mansions, rivers out of honey, not ageing, not falling ill and immortalilty for the people obeying Him, and refraining from the forbidden, motivate Muslims to work harder to earn these rewards as well.
"They will be dressed in fine silk and thick silk, facing each other. Thus (it will happen,) and We will marry them with houris having big dark eyes." [Ad-Dukhan 53-54]
They will be comfortably seated; they will call for abundant fruit and drink; And with them will be maidens of modest gaze and equal age. [Sad 51-52]
"And We made them virgins, devoted [to their husbands] and of equal age." [Al-Waqi'ah 36-38]
There are good-natured, beautiful maidens. [Ar-Rahman 70]
In them there will be maidens restraining (their) glances, whom neither a man might have touched before them, nor a Jinn. [Ar-Rahman 56]
