Pivot vs Transpose Power BI

In this video, we will learn to pivot and transpose data in Power Query editor in Power BI.
When we convert row values to column headers, pivoting data removes duplicate rows.
When we convert row values to column headers, transposing does not remove duplicate rows.
In the previous video, we learnt to pivot and unpivot data in Power Query editor in Power BI.
When we convert row values to column headers, that is pivoting and when we convert column headers to row values, that is unpivoting the data.
Another way to look at it is when we convert from vertical (hint!! rows) to horizontal(hint columns!!) this is pivoting.
And converting from horizontal to vertical is unpivoting.
