Leftovers are surplus foods that remain unconsumed at the end of a meal, which may be put in containers with the intention of eating later but most people eventually end up thronging it in the trash because of lack of knowledge of how to reuse it or fear of food infection.
Although it's always best to avoid having leftover food in the first place by proper planning in advance but in case you find yourself having some left over food please don't through it away & try to utilise it in any way possible. In this video I'm showing how we reuse leftover saag but the same can be repeated for most vegetables.
