A rare Japanese mechanical pencil called the Orenz Nero. It uses an innovative anti-breaking and auto-dispensing mechanism, and is built with a ultra premium metal design. Available in super thin 0.2mm and 0.3mm lead. Worth the $30 price tag if you're a collector in Japan.

Unfortunately it's quite hard to find outside of Japan or online for a reasonable price. I bought mine from Tokyu Hands in Japan for 3000 yen.
