Creating An Email Template In Microsoft Outlook
This video walks you through creating an email template in MS Outlook step-by-step.
If you often send emails that are the same or very similar, email templates let you create and save a standardised email.
You can then very quickly recall that stadard email and either 1) send it, or 2) briefly edit it and then send it. Either way email templates will save you a huge amount of time.
Email templates are available in all versions of Outlook including Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 and Outlook 2016. They are also available in Office 365.
