Solution: When the above error occurs in chrome browser, i decided to do ping test and i came to know that the ping request could not find the host. Then i started troubleshooter, which displays "The network gateway is accessible but windows could not receive network traffic from the internet".
Conclusion: Gateway is a device which connects local network or computer to the internet. Gateway is the broadband modem or router, so i recommend you to turn off your modem for a minutes and then turn it on back. It works fine for me.
