phpMyAdmin : forbidden you don't permission to access this resource
After I updated Mac OS of my macbook pro, I faced this error while trying to launch phpMyAdmin. Here is the error exact words:

You don't have permission to access this resource
I fixed this error by troubleshooting and trying solutions and fixes, as you can see in the video. The main things I made in the video.
1. changed /etc/apache2/httpd.conf back to the pre-update version
2. changed the group owner of the config.inc.php to _www to be like the other files
3. restarted apache
4. restarted mysql server
