I show you how to leverage the appsettings.json file to store configuration information for the database connection details and tell adjust the initialization logic of the Entity Framework database context to use the settings file to establish the connectivity.
I then show you some basic steps of how to use the same appsettings.json file to update the application title to avoid having to change code later when you want to simply adjust the application title in your application.
