Auto restoration and build shop, SaltWorks Fab, recently purchased a Haas VF-5SS equipped with a TRT210 to bring 5-axis machining in-house, for the wide range of custom “one-off” parts they produce. Owner Thom Ophof shares their unique approach to developing and building custom cars as well as why he fell in love with Haas CNC’s before ever purchasing one for his own shop.
