In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a blend effect on text in Adobe Illustrator. The first step, type the text using the Type Tool. Specify the font type, color, position and scale of the text. After that, select text. Then go to Object in the Menu. Envelope Distort. Make with Mesh. In Raws and Coloumn, I just leave the value 4.

Use the Direct Selction Tool. Select all the Anchor Points. After that, use the arrow keys to adjust them. Next step, go to Object again. Then choose Expand. Duplicate the Text into 3 parts. Select all Text. Go to the object option in the menu. Blend. And select Make. To adjust its appearance, open the Blend Options window.

In the Spacing option, I select Smooth Color. And set the value to 10. Next step, I will create a line pattern from the Circle Tool. After the line is shaped like that, select the line with all the text. Go to Object. Blend. And select Replace Spine. I changed the workspace view to Essential Classic first.

While all the layers are still selected, click Isolate Selected Object. Open the Layer window. From here, we can change the text color of each layer group. If it's like this, we can customize it as desired. And the result will be like this. Thank you for watching. And see you in another tutorial.
