For many people out there, midfoot and forefoot rigidity is a tough spot to properly mobilize. By utilizing both a contract/relax pattern with our foot flexors/extensors, we are able to push and pull a carpet slider as demonstrated in the video above.

The goal throughout the entirety of the movement is to actively mobility both the top and bottom of the foot, while maintaining ground contact with all five toes. Through this pushing and pulling of the slider, we want to avoid turning or rotating the foot inwards or outwards throughout.
