Splinter in Story Mode:
To unlock Splinter in Story mode, you need to complete the game with all four turtles, or enter the secret code.
Casey Jones in Story Mode:
In order to play as Casey Jones in Story Mode, you need to complete the game with all the turtles, collecting all the available Makimonos, then complete the Competition mode.
To unlock hidden characters for the Duel Mode, the following conditions must be met:
Casey Jones: Complete the first level as Raphael
Turtlebot: Complete the third level with any turtle
Khan: Complete Level 6 as Michelangelo
Splinter: Complete Level 3 Dojo as Leonardo
Shredder: Beat Shredder with any turtle in Story Mode
Oroku Saki: Defeat Oroku Saki with any turtle in Story Mode. Oroku Saki can only be encountered after passing the Shredder with all four turtles.
Hamato Yoshi: Complete Challenge Mode with any Turtle
