Utqiaġvik in August
In August I had the ability to travel up to Utqiaġvik to visit my friend Josiah. We traveled west in a boat toward Peard Bay hugging the shoreline as we went. I feel incredibly fortunate to have visited an area of the state that not many people are able to get to.
It’s so cool to know that land and lifestyles like this exists in the same country that can also have people call the beaches in Florida home.
I also love being able to share places like this with you folks. Thanks so much for encouraging me for years. And thanks to the Patkotak family for all their hospitality!
