Ingredients:
1/2 Cabbage (300g)
Onion (100g)
Carrots (100g)
Green onion (25g)
3 Eggs
Oatmeal (3 tbsp)
Wheat flour (2 tbsp)
Cooking oil (2 tbsp in total)
Black pepper (1/5 tsp)
Salt (1/3 tsp)
Chili powder (1/5 tsp)
Recipe Steps:
Finely chop the cabbage, onion, carrots, and green onion.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the onions for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Add the cabbage, carrots, black pepper, salt, and chili powder. Mix well.
In a bowl, beat 3 eggs and mix in the oatmeal and wheat flour to form a batter.
Add the green onion to the cabbage mixture, then pour in the egg batter. Combine thoroughly.
Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in the pan. Add the mixture, flatten it evenly, and cover the pot. Fry for 5 minutes on one side.
Flip it carefully and fry for another 4 minutes until golden and cooked through.
And that’s it—your Cabbage with Eggs is ready to enjoy! Serve it hot, and watch it disappear from the plate in no time.
