Make this soup when you’re sick

Chop up 1/2 yellow onion, two large carrots, three celery stocks, and two cloves of garlic. Set that aside and prep 2 lbs of chicken by adding to a lined baking sheet, drizzling with olive oil, sprinkling with salt, and roasting at 350°F for about 30 minutes. Add a couple tablespoons of ghee to a soup pot over medium heat, add all of your veggies along with any spices. I used parsley, oregano, time, and red pepper flakes. Add in one box of organic chicken, bone broth, and one box of organic chicken stock. Grate in some ginger if desired and let simmer. Once your chicken is roasted, shred it and add it to the soup. Serve over noodles or rice.
