Method 1: Trying basic methods
~ Restarting Bluetooth device, turn off the Bluetooth & wait for 10 sec,
And enable it,
~ Try connecting your headset, make sure your headset is working properly,
make sure your headset is in pairing mode, and try connecting to Bluetooth,
~ try reconnecting your headset, first remove previously connected device,
Then click ‘Add Bluetooth, and try connecting to your device
~ Turn on the flight mode, wait for few seconds & turn it off,
~ Restart your pc again, and repeat these steps
And try connecting once again.
Method 2 : Troubleshoot your Bluetooth device
Go to windows icon, search for troubleshoot settings, open it,
Click ‘Additional troubleshooters ► Bluetooth ► Run the troubleshooter,
And it will try solving your problem, once it is done, try connecting your device,
Method 3: Change Bluetooth service to Automatic
Go to windows icon, search for ‘Services’, open it,
Now look for Bluetooth audio gateway service, right click in it,
Click properties, change the service to automatic, And click ‘Apply & ok’
Now restart your device and start connecting to your Bluetooth device,
Method 4: Update your Bluetooth driver,
Right click on Windows icon, ► Device manager ► Bluetooth, right click on Bluetooth device
And click ‘Update driver’ if you have the latest version available it will get updated
Now restart your device and start connecting to your Bluetooth device,
Method 5: Reinstall the Bluetooth driver
Go back to device manager ► Bluetooth, right click on Bluetooth driver,
And click uninstall Device, shut down your PC & start it again
And now try connecting to your pc with Bluetooth device
If you don’t find Bluetooth settings, go to device manager ► Actions ► Scan for hardware changes ► Bluetooth ► right click on Bluetooth device ► Update driver,
Now restart your device and reconnect to your Bluetooth device,
Method 6: Check for Windows update,
Go to windows icon, search for update, open it, ► check for updates
And install all the recommended updates, now check if the issue is fixed,
