• Pick the Table tool and select the cell, row or column that you want to divide.

• To split a selection horizontally, go to Table menu and select Split into Rows and enter a value in the Number of rows box.

• To split it vertically, go to Table menu and select Split into Columns and enter a value in the Number of columns box then press ok.
