How to Disable Auto Save Photos and Videos in WhatsApp on Android and iPhone
In this tutorial, you will learn how to disable auto save photos and videos in WhatsApp on Android and iPhone.
Method 1: On Android
Open the WhatsApp app. Tap on the 3-dot menu at the upper-right corner of the app, then select "Settings". Tap on "Storage and data". In the "Media auto-download" section, you will see three options: "When using mobile data", "When connected on Wi-Fi" and "When roaming". Tap each one and disable auto-downloads by unchecking all the options.
Method 2: On iPhone
Open the Settings menu in the WhatsApp app. Tap on "Storage and Data". In the "Media Auto-Download" section, select the "Never" option for "Photos", "Audio", "Videos", and "Documents".
