These are not just things that we've made up, and these are not techniques that we've heard about people using just once or twice. These are techniques that people continue to try over and over again. The number one mistake that many people make in the car industry is not realizing you’re actually working three separate transactions in one car deal. Yes, I said there’s three transactions to negotiate. Most often, people look at a car deal as being just one transaction and that is a big mistake, friends. As I’ve said, it is actually three transactions, and you've got to look at it this way when you're buying a vehicle.
