The RMail® attachments options include productivity features such as converting Microsoft Office documents to PDF and cleaning hidden metadata from office documents in compressed zip file attachments enroute to the recipient from the sender. The RMail® Attachment Options settings for outlook are: the first option is from inbox, click ‘File’, then ‘RMail Settings. The second option is from the feature pop-up, click the ‘Settings’ button.
‘Convert to PDF’, ‘Metadata Cleaning’, and ‘File Compression’ settings have two options each. The first is to enable the feature on the feature pop-up. The second is to have the feature pre-selected for all messages that include attachments. All three settings have the first option checked by default.
