Breakthrough Treatment for PFAS
This video presents a case study of the first ever in situ treatment of PFAS on a commercial site. IN SITU Remediation Ltd used PlumeStop® on the impacted site, rapidly removing the PFAS contamination from the groundwater through sorption. The PFAS concentrations have since remained at non-detect for over 24 months and counting, with modelling by Porewater Solutions (Grant Carey) estimating the longevity of the PlumeStop treatment will be between 50 and 100 years.
