Why is the "HTTPS not evaluated" error showing in Google Search Console
Google has released a new Search Console report for HTTPS, so many webmasters will see prompts for HTTP-specific errors. But recently Google has said that these warnings are just an FYI and "not a bug"
"HTTPS is not valid and may prevent it from being indexed."
This does not mean that the URL will not be indexed, it means that Google has never seen the URL, or has seen the URL but has not yet crawled it, Google may also temporarily index the HTTP version of the URL.
So, webmasters can keep an eye on it for a while.
