Tokyo Sushi Restaurant - Whole Tuna being filleted 1/2
I lived in Tokyo for 2 years and have been frequently visiting Japan since 1998 and in all my time going to sushi restaurants I have never had the pleasure of seeing the Master sushi chef filleting a whole tuna fish. I was very lucky to have this happen on my most recent trip to Tokyo and managed to catch some of this on video. This tuna was 1.3 metres long and weighed 51kg. Enjoy!
