The Tallest Waterfall In
Mount Carmel Falls 🌿
Cascading over a sheer rock face, this powerhouse of a waterfall is the tallest in Grenada & you simply have to come here when visiting the Spice Isle.
It’s cheap & easy to get here by public transport - save this for later so you know how!
We did a loop around the south east of the island & stopped by Grenville first to do some shopping at the spice market & grab a tasty lunch from @boogiebusupshotjoint - if you know, you know 😋
Number 6 bus from St George’s to Grenville, takes just under an hour & costs $6 EC each.
Number 2 bus to Mt Carmel Junction, takes around 20 minutes & costs $2.50 EC each.
Number 2 bus back to St George’s, takes just over an hour & costs $5 EC per person.
Entry fee for non-locals to the waterfalls is $2.50 EC person. So that’s a total cost of $16 EC per person which is around $6 USD / €5.50 / £4.50. Not bad eh?
