CHICKEN BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM IN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP | CREAMY BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 med. broccoli head (include stem)
250-300 grams of chicken (breast or any lean part)
1 cup sliced mushroom (cremini, button or Bella mushroom)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (may use powder base just dilute in 3/4 cup of water)
1/2 water
cloves of garlic (minced)
chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter (may use oil if you prefer)
1/2 tsp. oregano(optional)
1 tsp. chicken powder(optional)
salt ad pepper to taste
*Blanch broccoli before using, it sets the color and texture keeping it away from sogging out.
*Include the stem of broccoli, they are as nutritious as the florets.
