Configure Flutter SDK in IntelliJ IDEA(with create and run a project and hot reload)

To create a AVD in IntelliJ IDEA goto Tools - Android - AVD Manager. In it you can create a new AVD or run a existing one.
In case if you cannot see AVD manager there, Make sure that you have properly located Android SDK in Settings - Appearance & Behaviors - System Settings - Android SDK. And click on the SDK Tools tab and check you have installed Android Emulator.
