This is pretty much the only way i enjoy spinach. This or hidden in a fruit smoothie hahaha 😂
Israeli Cous Cous recipe
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup Israeli cous cous
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon oil
Creamy balsamic dressing recipe
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1-2 tablespoons sweetener i used maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Layer Spinach cous cous and sliced fruits and drizzle salad dressing and add pumpkin seeds and enjoy
