Did You Know There was a SECOND Battle of Hoth?
Did you know there was more than one battle on Hoth? The ice world is best known as the site of Echo Base, the secret headquarters used by the Rebel Alliance after they were driven from Yavin 4. After extensive construction, the rebels were only able to call the base home for a matter of months before being discovered and driven away by the Galactic Empire. Scavengers moved onto Hoth after the battle to scrap the snowspeeders and fallen AT-AT walkers. Their presence led to another battle shortly after the destruction of the second Death Star where the Imperial Remnant hoped to stop a small band of resistance fighters in the Anoat sector from salvaging valuable supplies.
