You can automatically generate captions from a video and import them into Premiere Pro Beta for editing! Adobe is coming out with their new Speech to Text feature that will automatically transcribe your video, but it isn't available yet. In this tutorial, I will walk you through the steps of how you can generate a captions SRT file that you can use in Premiere Pro Beta to format the style.
