A vaguely rhyming A to Z of warriors from all over the world, from the Bronze Age to today.
the Naffatun's 'flamethrower' is based on a hand-held Greek Firethrower (cheirosiphon) from a 10th century Byzantine manuscript
the Landsknecht's sword is way too long
still not sure if the Oprichniki served any proper military role (were they full time bodyguards with a side of secret policing, or full time secret police with a side of bodyguarding?)
I've drawn a dismounted Keshig since i imagine them standing right outside the Khan's tent / chambers, no need / space to be mounted
the Immortal's sword arm is a bit too long
I'm surprised by how Central Asian the Silla Kingdom's (in 1st century BC to 10th century AD Korea) gear looks. The helmet worn by the Hwarang, based on a find from a tomb, is basically an Avar helmet
